Can I be arrested without evidence?

Arrest can only be applied by a court decision and only if there is reasonable suspicion.

What rights does the accused have?

What should I do if someone owes me money and refuses to return it?

You may apply to the court with a claim for debt recovery, having a contract or proof of debt.

What is the difference between a gift agreement and a will?

With a gift agreement, the property is transferred immediately. With a will, it is transferred after death.

How is inheritance divided if there is no will?

Inheritance is divided by order (priority). First-order heirs are children, spouse, and parents.

How can I formalize an inheritance if I missed the 6-month period?

If the 6 months are missed, inheritance may still be considered accepted if the heir manages the property.
